_ Are you an External Auditor seeking a first move into Advisory?_

I am working on an exciting mandate with Europe's fastest growing, independent financial advisory firm.

They are building out their Capital Markets practice in Paris and are looking for experienced auditors who may be interested in transitioning into advisory work.

This team advises clients (private equity and corporates) on end-to-end transformational capital market transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), spins offs, accessing public debt, executing M&A and divestiture activity and/ or sponsored backed exits & financings.

The company is fast-growing and has plans to double in size by 2025 and expand beyond Europe.

However, they have retained their family-feel with mínimal office politics and no audit practice so no independence issues, a great work environment and approachable management.

As said by one of their Partners, "We are big enough to make a difference in the market, but small enough for you to play a really important part in the business".

Requirements:

I am keen to hear from professionals with 3-5 years' Audit experience gained in a Big 4 firm who can speak fluently in French & English.
