In this context, the Marketing team's mission is to build on Hennessy's cultural power to sustainably grow the brands.

A new organization has been announced to enable the Marketing Team to accelerate growth and fuel desirability with sharper in-house expertise (Retail, Digital, Artistic) and the Masterbrand team to successfully lead strategic programs across the portfolio.


Under the responsibility of a Brand Manager, you will be at the heart of the creation of our most prestigious and rare cognacs.


You participate in the different stages of brand development, as well as in the deployment of the marketing plan in collaboration with the Digital, Press, Events, Merchandising, business development, etc.


You will especially work on these specific missions:

  • Contribute to the product development process (new ultra-prestige offers, limited editions, gifts, coffrets, POSM, etc.) in collaboration with the various internal departments (purchasing, packaging development, legal, supply, etc.), external partners (design and creation agencies, photographers) and subsidiaries abroad.
  • Contribute to the development of communication tools on the products.
  • Take part in the range animation: set up sales support tools, activation tools, staging
  • Contribute to the performance analysis, market evolutions, competition, trends.


You will have opportunities to express your creativity, but also to carry out ambitious and high-stakes projects, in collaboration with talented internal project teams.


Profile:


Traning (Certificate - School - level):

  • Higher education (Bac+4/5) -specialization in luxury marketing appreciated

Experience:


  • Experience (internship/workstudy) in luxury marketing is desired

Language and language level:


  • Good level of English

Computer skills (software, level):


  • Pack office, photoshop is appreciated

Professional skills:


  • Rigor, team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity

Soft skills:


  • Passionate about creation and with a curious state of mind (fashion, beauty, art, etc)
