What you become part of:

The position takes ownership of finance and system projects and is responsible for facilitating the BCP project management routines.

The main objectives are to optimize the projects costs as well as to ensure quality of ERP system implementation using Six Sigma and other project management methodologies.


The Senior Manager, Finance Projects will report into the AD, FP&A and will be responsible for delivering the continuous transactional process improvement initiatives within the Finance teams.

The position will be tasked with driving and delivering service excellence with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the financial service level and effectiveness expected throughout.


The process overviews are regularly highly complex, acting as business enablers and delivering significant impact to CCEP P&Ls and to the success of the organization's strategic priorities; including but not limited to Savings, Cash Flow, Sustainability and Business Continuity.

Additionally the position is responsible for the Identification of cost optimization across the finance end to end processes.

The position is responsible for the result oriented system testing and bug fixing.

This role is part of the Finance team.

It can be allocated to any of the Finance Projects to deliver on the objectives of the role and will be accountable for a number of testing activities and/or finance projects over the course of a year.

Deliver measurable impact directly to CCEP P&L
Create and maintain competitive advantage for CCEP through the achievement of effective system improvements
Deliver forecasted savings
Meet or exceed Finance projects execution and deliver the expected results
Deliver risk management strategies to mitigate the impact of projects delays
Prepare & share risk assessment report and provide recommendation
Review the design and test system capabilities on a periodic basis
Support timely and effective remediation of system deficiencies
Manage the relationship with the technical experts
Deliver high quality process automation in accordance with strategy objectives to ensure delivery of optimum business results
Develop creative, implementable, value focused process automations
Enable and exploit system innovations to deliver competitive advantage and cost reduction to CCEP
Build Finance Dashboards to track effective performance measurement
Consider financial and operational risk to CCEP during in the execution of the finance projects escalating where appropriate and at all times acting to mitigate
Consider, plan for and mitigate risks, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery
Ensure transparent communication of finance figures by use of established KPIs
Manage exposure to legal action and country specifics
Act as a central reference point for guidance on best practice for other finance teams across CCEP
Ensure the implementation and respect of CCEP policies and adherence to business standards.
Establish process to measure compliance and report against company commitments
Documents processes and sets up / runs process workshops for review and approval of improved processes
Documents system guidelines and user desktop procedures
Ensures that all process changes are well communicated and delivers all end user training and support


Skills & Essentials:

Demonstrable experience working within Finance Projects, or similar business area.
Fluency in English and French
Strong project and change management experience
Details oriented
Results oriented
Ability to stick to tights project deadlines
