Job description:

Lead relationship with customers for quality topics, manage customers specific requirements, claims and returns.

Lead site activities to reach product launch targets for robust product and processes leading to customers satisfaction.

Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related / _Missions principales, Objectifs et Indicateurs associes :_**- Define/Establish _. Définir/Etablir. _Corrective and preventive actions related to site KPI target for customers satisfaction and new product/processes start of production (customers claims, ppm customers return, manufacturing yield )

Profile:

Knowledge / Know how
Regular quality core tools, working group management, continuous improvement approach

Experience (domain, number of years)
10 years in quality and product launch

Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent

Key behaviours
Good communication, team spirit and customer orientation
