- Diplômé(e) d'une Ecole de Commerce ou d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur, avec une spécialisation en marketing, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire._
**_Vous êtes intéressé(e) par l'industrie automobile et ses tendances. Vous avez la capacité de vous déplacer tant au niveau local qu'international (<40%)._**:

- Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite ainsi qu'une excellente capacité d'analyse._
- Vous avez des compétences en informatique notamment sur la suite MS Office ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en matière de recherche (exploration de données)._
- Vous parlez couramment anglais et bénéficiez idéalement d'une expérience internationale._
- Votre capacité à préparer et à présenter des rapports et des reporting détaillés ainsi que vos excellentes aptitudes à développer votre réseau et à nouer des relations vous permettront de mener à bien vos missions et de réussir sur ce poste._

Holder of a Business Master's degree or Engineering Master with marketing degree, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
**You are interested by the Automotive industry and trends. You can travel on business both locally and internationally (<40%).**
You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as an excellent analytical skill.
You have computer software skills including the MS Office suite of products and an excellent research (data mining) skills.
You are fully fluent in English and ideally have an international experience.
Your Ability to prepare and present detailed reports and presentations as well as your excellent networking and relationship-building skills will enable you to carry out your missions successfully and to succeed in this position.

**A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes**:

- Redéfinir la segmentation des produits et des marchés de la division Foam Converting (FCD)
- Identifier et comprendre les tendances du marché automobile avec le support de l'activité Precision Sealing System (PSS)

**Respecter la politique de HUTCHISON en matière de lutte contre la corruption, de qualité, de sécurité et d'environnement : informer ou signaler tout dysfonctionnement susceptible d'avoir un impact sur les produits, l'environnement ou la sécurité des personnes.**

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Marketing Manager is in charge to identify new opportunities in term of products, functions, and customers to grow our revenues for Automotive and Industry business. She/He will support Key Account Manager and Salesman to help them to develop their business.
**Therefore, your main responsibilities will be as follows**:

- Redefine Product and Market segmentation for Foam Converting Division (FCD)
- Identify and understand the automotive market trend with the support of Precision Sealing System (PSS) activity
- Identify and find new product, function, new customer, and market to growth the FCD business
- Establish business plan with the support of the sales team to evaluate the interest of investment for new products, functions, and customers.
