About the job

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Provide expert and legal advice and support to the R&I teams on projects, always ensuring aligned wow with R&I Legal.
Draft, negotiate and validate service, collaboration, research, development and partnership agreements.
Propose legal solutions and the most appropriate legal tools for R&I projects to innovate faster an in increasingly collaborative way and embrace digital tools.
Contribute to execute the industrial property strategy of the company for all R&I activities while protecting Danone's IP and confidentiality.

code of business conduct of Danone which include Compliance rules (HCS Directive, Code of Conduct, GDPR internal policies ).

Act as guardian of the Contract Policy.
Partner with procurement teams on purchase of goods and services for R&I.
Occasionally, provide support to R&I teams (locally and cross border) in regulatory related projects.

About you

PROFILE

Education: University Law degree (Master)
Experience in the field: with 58 years of experience
Critical skills: Legal expert with knowledge in Intellectual property and data privacy/GDPR
Specific expertise: Scientific knowledge with focus on clinical studies

Languages :
English, French, Spanish

Propose adapted agreements to R&I projects and drive them to execution.
Ensure compliance policies and Data privacy are duly embedded in all R&I activities and animate compliance within R&I.
Ensure that intellectual property rights resulting from product development and innovation with third parties are duly valorized, secured and available for use.
Promote disruptive approaches and new mindset to embrace new initiatives of the company around open source projects, open innovation, Alimentation revolution and new health, cooperation with Startup, initiatives around Biodiversity, food and digital.
