Within the Customer Support department and reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, you will provide Level 2 technical support for the Massey Ferguson brand.

Your Impact

Responsible for handling inquiries related to product failure diagnostics, performance, and more for the European market (including technical cases on Salesforce, and phone contact).
Develop PPR items (Technical Issues Reports) to aid the Product Performance team in identifying product issues while maintaining or improving product performance, reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Travel to various countries or dealers as needed to understand and assist in problemsolving.
Provide insights on highly technical warranty claims.

Your Experience and Qualifications

With a minimum education of a 2year degree (such as BTS GDEA / agricultural equipment), you have solid technical skills in several areas (electronics, electrical, hydraulics, mechanics, etc.).
Ideally, you have some technical experience with agricultural machinery
Openminded, good communication skills, and solutionoriented approach.
You have a good level of English (both written and spoken) to operate in an international environment.
Able to travel internationally 1015% of the time.
