easyJet are looking for a highly motivated Human Resource Advisor to support the HR Managers in providing expert professional advice and guidance to the relevant client area on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures; the management of complex employee relation cases and HR generalist best practice and to support the Legal HR advisor in the relations in providing legal studies and organising the relation with Representatives

Requirements of the role


The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

They will act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters and provide timely and accurate information and support.


The HR advisor will also be responsible for the preparation of the Works Council, including meetings with the secretary, preparation of the agenda and related documents, as well as undertaking benchmarking activity, and supporting preparation activities prior to union consultations and negotiations.

They may also be required to perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the HR Managers.


As part of a small HR Team, the HR Advisor will be responsible for administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department and needs to have a solution orientated mind set.

Communication skills are a must as the HR Advisor will attend meetings with employees and the management team as well as the various employee groups.

This is a full-time hybrid role with a mix of days in the office based in Paris Charles De Gaulle and days worked from home.
