Description

The Back Office Services Assistant will remain the biggest differentiator to give us the competitive edge in the market.

Services support will take the responsibility to work like key Pillar of the Service Organization in supporting the Service Engineers, Implementing processes and coordination with cross functions.

Through this Sartorius can provide efficient service on time with more clarity through process, thereby gaining maximum Customer Satisfaction.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities:

Service and spares order processing
Service contract creation
Service billing
Maintain good coordination with Commercial Operation team
Coordinate with Field service team
Service calls registration and updation in the system
Daily / Weekly / Monthly/ Yearly reports
Document orders / invoices / reports
New vendor registration
Account receivables follow ups with key customers
Assist Head of Service

What will convince us:

Bachelor in any stream (administration, business,...)
Minimum 2 years' experience with customer support functions
Ability to take ownership of the processes
Independent, mature and selfdriven

Fluent in Spanish, and good English in written and verbal communication

Experience in SAP (Service Module) and any Field service Management Software
