Head of HRis - Paris, France - SCOR
Description
You manage & lead a team of 3 organized around 3 streams:- Workforce administration
- Compensation & benefits
- Talent & Peformance, Learning, Talent development
You partner with other HR Operational Excellence team members, with HR process owners, but also with IT and 3rd parties to guarantee a coherent and efficient integration of functional and technical needs.
- Set and design the ambition, and prioritize the potentially divergent stakes
- Describe governance and related roles and responsibilities, including 3rd parties
- Document minimum BAU requirements that must be covered to ensure the IS security and efficiency
- Coordinate with IT to describe the architecture and precise ownership of each component to facilitate cooperation
- Evaluate workload with your team members and plan for every action
- Maintain the team's capacity planning and escalate required arbitrations if any
- Adjust the HRIS roadmap accordingly
- Propose and implement organizational changes when needed
- Structure the User Support activity and educate users to smooth interactions and related workload
- Use your technical expertise to challenge impacts analyses and proposed solutions
- Guarantee that data protection, GDPR and security requirements are taken into account
- Ensure interfaces and integration with SCOR's IT ecosystem are properly addressed
- Coordinate the streams when needed
- Ensure coordination with local teams to guarantee proper integration of evolutions impacting local tools that are not interfaced with the core HRIS
- Provide guidance when new topics arise
- Push for agile ways of working
- Involve other OE teams to make sure each topic is approached globally (clear process with related roles and responsibilities, proper indicators/reports to enable monitoring, change management, risk assessment )
- Secure implementation in respect with budget and planning
- Single point of contact for process owners and team members to express business requirements
- Participate to process streamlining workshops to raise awareness on technical capabilities (existing or potentially to come)
- Keep up with market practices and trends, and share your knowledge with the team
- Identify automation / digitization opportunities
- Present functionalities/evolutions to come in the next releases on a quarterly basis
- Cobuild change management with the HR Office to ensure users' onboarding
- coordinate with IT to ensure the HRIS roadmap will be fully implemented
- You coordinate with IT (including IT security) to enable regular controls enforcement (accesses, penetration tests, etc.)
Accountable for the HRIS budget, you:
- build the HRIS budget for N+1, in collaboration with IT to ensure consistency
- monitor budget consumption and escalate in a timely manner if needed
Required experience & competencies
- At least 8 years of experience as HRIS project manager/consultant role
- Having led (or actively participated to) a deployment of a global HRIS on Saas mode with different modules (ideally Oracle HCM)
- Strong project management skills, Agile methodology (SCRUM or SAFE is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel*, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS tool (Oracle HCM) ( _*Excel skills include slicers, pivot tables, pivot charts, vlookups, hlookups) _
- Knowledge on a Saas HRIS with different modules (ideally Oracle HCM)
- Knowledge on Data Management
- Excellent English level
