Information about the position:


If you're someone who is willing to take a key role in supporting the growth of our organization, especially our Vinted Go business unit, you may well be just who we need.


In this position, you'll:


  • Partner closely with hiring managers, within Vinted Go function mainly, to prioritise hiring needs and guide them through hiring topics
  • Work across positions mainly based in France (but not limited to)
  • Manage and closely work with external agencies (mainly temporary work agencies) playing a key role in supporting the team and business expansion
  • Foster strong relationships with temporary work agencies to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Regularly communicate with agencies to discuss staffing needs, performance, areas for improvement
  • Continuously take part in building and improving a seamless hiring and interview process that helps us hire the best talent
  • Closely work with internal teams being key stakeholders for hiring : People Operations, People Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
  • Track and monitor key metrics to develop actionable plans towards a continuous improvement of recruitment results
  • Participate in various Talent Acquisition related initiatives and projects

About you:


  • Previous experience in a Talent Specialist or recruitment role, preferably in a technology or startup/scaleup company, or in a recruitment agency
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written)
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Google X-Ray search and other relevant tools
  • Expertise, knowledge of and openness to different assessment tools and methods
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Great agility and problemsolving skills
  • High energy, passion, creativity, and a "doer" mindset
  • Openness to work on a 1year fixedterm contract

We've adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced. It's up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you'll spend working together in person.


Equal Opportunity
The salary range for this position is

36,000 - € 48,600 gross per year.
