    Overview

    We are looking for a Functional Consultant (Planning) to join our SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation team. The consultant will play a key role in the Business Process Reengineering (BPR/BPC) stream, focusing on planning processes. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing optimized planning solutions, and supporting the deployment of SAP S/4HANA to enable best-in-class processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a functional expert for Planning processes in SAP S/4HANA
    • Conduct business process analysis and participate in BPC workshops to challenge and redesign existing processes.
    • Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and target operating model.
    • Configure SAP S/4HANA Planning modules to meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and industry best practices.
    • Support integration with other functional areas (Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance).
    • Conduct testing activities (unit tests, integration tests, UAT) and support data migration for planning-related objects.
    • Provide knowledge transfer and training to key users.
    • Contribute to project deliverables (blueprints, functional specs, test scripts, cutover plan).
    • Ensure compliance with project methodology (Agile / Activate).

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP Demand & Supply Planning.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Planning modules.
    • Proven track record in Greenfield implementations and/or large-scale BPC initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (forecasting, demand planning, production planning, MRP, capacity planning).
    • Ability to facilitate workshops and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a plus).
    • French citizenship
