- Intègre le plan dans l'outil de gestion (Espot et traffic).
- Maîtrise des contextes de diffusions.
- Etablit les documents administratifs d'achats (devis, ordres bons de commande
- régularisation) et envois aux régies/supports concernés avant le démarrage de la
- campagne.
- Assure la mise en ligne de la campagne (mise à disposition dans les délais impartis sur la
- plateforme dédiée via les outils utilisés en interne).
- Optimisation et suivi des campagnes durant toute la durée de la campagne.
- Optimisation et négociation sur les comptes dynamiques (compensations,
- emplacements).
- Etablit les rapports de mise en ligne.
- Elaboration des suivis et bilans de campagne.
- Contrôle des EDI.
- Génère les états de synthèse analytics (via Artemis...).
- Traitement des litiges de facturation en relation avec le gestionnaire expert.
- Participe au maintien de la bonne relation avec les régies.

Vous Participez à l'élaboration des recommandations et conception des plans médias.
Garant de la mise en ligne dans les temps imparti de la campagne.
Optimisation et suivi de campagne (réservation, mise en ligne, optimisation,reporting, et conception des bilans de campagnes).
Construit le plan média selon les objectifs définis (cf brief transmis) et participe à l'élaboration des campagnes.
