The teams in this area contribute to various local services and operations, from plant and network operation to social and environmental engineering, and customer relationship management.

YOUR MISSION

In a context of driving change across the company, you will be responsible for all procurement challenges in the ARA and PACA regions in line with Suez's group strategy in a multi-site environment.

Reporting hierarchically to the Water Region East Zone Purchasing Manager at Suez Eau France, you will implement SUEZ's strategy at your level and promote the company's vision to clients, employees, and local partners.

As a Procurement professional, you will propose the company's policies in these areas and oversee their implementation.

Business Partner and value creation

  • Support change management in the region to implement Procurement transformation levers.
  • Implement the SEF Procurement roadmap (Performance, CSR, Commercial, Risk management).
  • Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives within your scope.
  • Represent Procurement at the Management Committee and various decision-making bodies within your scope.
  • Establish rituals to promote cooperation, visibility, and competitiveness:
  • Agencies / Procurement with all agencies in your region,
  • Business Areas / Procurement,
  • Sales / Procurement
  • Finance / Procurement

Create associated action plans and ensure their implementation.

Ensure effective communication and reporting of Procurement activities to the Procurement management within your scope.

Actively participate in sector events.

Contribute to the competitiveness of our commercial offers.

Operational Excellence and sustainable performance

  • Build the Procurement Master Plan for your scope, with agencies and Business partners, develop an annual action plan, and share it with the Management Committee within your scope.
  • Deploy Procurement policies and guidelines, ensure operational control and compliance in your region.
  • Ensure the development of local Procurement strategies within your scope in line with the Procurement policy and methodology of SUEZ Eau France.
  • Organize and manage supplier relationships, including evaluations, contract reviews, and risk management.
  • Apply governance and associated tools within your scope.

Develop skills

  • Lead and manage Buyers in your scope.
  • Build on expertise within the sector.
  • Enhance the skills of buyers in your scope.

YOUR PROFILE

With a higher education degree such as Engineering or Master's degree, you should have at least 10 years of successful experience in the Procurement sector and 5 years in a managerial position.

Your strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset will help you succeed in this comprehensive role.

A communicator, you should have a strong ability to organize and rally operational teams around ambitious goals.

Knowledge in water-related industries would be a plus.
