- Deliver data-driven insights: Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions with Head of TA

The Role

In this crucial position with hands-on responsibilities, you'll guide a small, geographically dispersed team of Talent Acquisition Partners, playing a key part in attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent globally for your defined Business Unit. This is a unique opportunity to drive the shift toward a more proactive talent strategy and continuously improve our recruitment process.
