Our client is a corporate banking subsidiary of a foreign European bank based in Paris, renowned for its efficiency in mergers and acquisitions operations and fundraising for SMEs and mid-cap companies.
Whether it's acquisitions for external growth or diversification, debt financing, or equity investment, as well as successions or divestitures involving family or industrial players.
As part of its expansion, our client seeks to strengthen its leadership team with an Head of Corporate Banking advisory with a successful track record in M&A, a strong understanding of SMEs in France and great skills to manage a team of Corporate Bankers.
