The Logistic Assistant role is for you

Directly reporting to the D2C Operations Manager, our next **Logistic Assistant W/M** **will be in charge of coordinating and optimizing logistics / transport flows and tools in order to deliver finished products within deadlines and while optimizing costs & stocks.

**Main activities**:

- Monitor flows and tools dedicated to reception and distribution of the goods, as well as stocks
- Track and solve logistic issues by implementing corrective actions with the warehouse, as well as carriers and customs, in accordance with the logistic coordinator
- Respect, control and update the procedures
- Check indicators and implement corrective actions if needed
- Update and communicate shipping instructions for inbound and outbound flows
- Set up SAP decision tables concerning flow management
- Back-up logistic coordinators during vacations

You will work in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Commercial, Global IT & Quality teams.

- Reportant directement au _D2C Operations Manager,_ vous serez en charge de coordonner et d'optimiser les flux et outils logistique / transport afin de livrer les produits finis en respectant les délais et en optimisant les coûts / stocks._

**_ Principales activités :_**
- _ Suivre les flux et outils nécessaires à la réception et distribution des produits ainsi que les stocks_
- _ Identifier & solutionner les dysfonctionnements logistiques en mettant en place des actions correctives avec l'entrepôt, les transporteurs ou les douanes en accord avec le coordinateur logistique_
- _ Respecter, contrôler et mettre à jour les procédures_
- _ Contrôler les indicateurs et mettre en place les actions correctives si nécessaire_
- _ Mettre à jour et
