Job description:

As an Administrative & Financial Partner at Mantu Consulting Group, your daily tasks will be as follows:

  • Analyze the performance
  • Executing closing tasks within the deadlines defined by the Group
  • Performing indepth analysis of the company's P&L
  • Recommending actions by analyzing, interpreting data and making comparative analyses, performing gap analysis
  • Leading a monthly board meeting and producing a financial report that summarizes and evaluates the company's performance.
  • Reviewing, producing, and validating forecasts on a weekly basis
  • Be a real Business Partner with

Business Directors:
support and train them

  • Monitor and challenge the cash flows (cashin and cashout).
  • Be involved with external audits, ensure proper balance sheet closing.
  • Handle adhoc requests or analysis/projects.
  • Leading a monthly board meeting and producing a financial report that summarises and evaluates the company's performance
  • Reviewing and validating companies' forecast & P&L on a monthly basis
  • Supporting and training the business department (Directors & Managers) in its financial and administrative tasks
  • Recommending actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis, performing gap analysis, and identifying trends
  • Managing a team of junior Financial planning and Analyst and controlling teams
  • A Master of Finance or similar field is required
  • You have
    3 years' experience in audit or business controlling in a high growth environment
  • You have developed strong analytical and organizational skills along with good priority management techniques.
  • You can set and meet deadlines for you as well as other stakeholders.
  • You are empathetic and confident enough to use your analytical skills to influence decision making
  • You are fluent in **English and French
