    Technical Comptency

    ServiceNow HAM experience

    ServiceNow Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of solution deployment

    Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of servicenow

    Participate in the Technical and Strategic board discussion

    Architect is responsible for evaluating an organization's business needs and determining how ServiceNow support their IT needs

    Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform

    f. Transforming ideas into tangible solutions

    g. Providing industry-standard architectural point of views and solutions

    h. A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies

    Behavioral competency

    Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)

    Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily

    Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)

    ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification

    ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification

    Java developer certification
