For 20 years the mobile telecommunications market has led to major innovations in both marketing and technology. Even today, the advent of the IOT and the need for connectivity everywhere drives Transatel to establish roaming agreements with numerous mobile operators around the world.

As part of the Roaming team, you'll support the implementation and execution of Transatel's roaming agreements. The direct contact for roaming for international operators' teams, you'll ensure the technical implementation of agreements for voice & SMS components, as well as data (3G & 4G).

You will be in charge of:

· Contacting and speaking with partner operator teams

· Organising implementation and validation tests

· Communicating the settings to be implemented to internal Transatel teams

· Assisting internal support teams with regard to roaming issues

· Writing the roaming agreement specifications for third party operators

· Maintaining the roaming agreement technical references

Your profile

Master's Degree – or engineering equivalent – you have significant experience in roaming.

Required technical skills:

· Advanced proficiency in GSMA mobile network roaming processes: IRA (AA.12, AA.13, AA.14, AA.19) IREG (IR.21, IR.24 ;IR.32, IR.35 ; IR.38 ; IR.60), TADIG (verification and validation TAP, HUR, NRTRDE),

· Mastery of protocol exchange functions: DCH interface, roaming sponsor, roaming hubs, steering

· Expertise with mobile network GSM, UMTS, CDMA and LTE architectures:

HLR and HSS, DEA, IWF,

IPX/GRX,

SS7, MAP, Camel, Diameter

In contact with multiple partners: external (roaming teams) and internal (support, service management, developers), you have excellent communication skills and you know how to adapt to your audience.

Rigorous and reliable, you know how to implement tools to ensure the quality of your work.

You are proactive, curious with great capacity for learning and self-training.

English fluency is essential.
