Job description

We are looking for motivated Verification & Validation engineers to join our team working on challenging projects for automotive clients.

This team is responsible for developing (mostly automated) tests for our client's automatic transmission and hybrid products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing strategies for test automation and manual verification.
Overseeing and directing the test development processes, including designs, reviews, implementations, and test execution.

Evaluating and understanding our client's current state of testing and driving change to increase test automation and improve our overall testing practices.

Continuously improving testing methodology, best practices, and standards to provide consistent testing across products.
Analyze anomalies and request modification when required.
Periodically reviewing how the test strategy aligns with the latest available technologies and industry trends.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You hold:

A master's degree in engineering in the fields of automatics, IT, electronics, or a similar field
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
Good communications skills in English and French
Knowledge of AUTOSAR is a plus.
Experience in Functional Safety (ISO is a big plus.
