Our company, a subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel ARKEA Group, specialized in banking and insurance, is looking for a teleadvisor to join our team.

Based at the company's headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you will be responsible for handling (incoming) customer calls and providing them with advice tailored to their needs and requests.


Your main missions

As part of a dynamic team you:

  • Inform and advise customers (analysis of demand, customer assistance and guidance, etc.)
  • Promote the brand image of our clients through your speech
  • Fill in the computer databases

Required profile

Your profile:

  • Fluency in
    English is mandatory to access the position (Minimum Level B2/C1).
  • Ideally you already have successful experience in a call center or customer relations.
  • If you have knowledge or experience in banking and insurance, even better.

Endowed with good team spirit and real interpersonal skills, your dynamism and your sense of organization will be major assets in carrying out your missions.


You know how to demonstrate active and empathetic listening, you like to take charge and get involved in providing solutions, you are determined to satisfy customers and you master IT tools as well as communication techniques.

Recruitment process:


  • Sorting and selection of CVs
  • A facetoface interview with a member of the HR team and a Production Department Manager for the technical part
  • Passing a language test to validate minimum B2/C1 level

To meet their needs, we have 2 sites, Manosque and Aix en Provence.

The Aix en Provence site is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
