Information about the position:


This role is part of the Vinted Carrier Operations Development team, which is responsible for supporting and enabling our Vinted Carrier Operation as it grows and expands across Europe.

We do this by identifying opportunities and developing a program of initiatives to drive forwards on behalf of the operation.

You will lead the development and integration of automated sortation and processing solutions for our sortation centres, as well as lead programs to scale and optimize the last mile delivery operation to our Vinted out-of-home delivery network.

These solutions will enable the network to grow at scale whilst meeting ambitious sustainability and cost goals.

You will work closely with external partners, and stakeholders in Operations, Product, Real Estate, Health & Safety to design, launch and further develop these solutions in our buildings.


In this position, you'll:


  • Work on building scalable and efficient automated solutions for package sortation and own the integration of them into our operational model.
  • Own the roadmap for expansion of automation in the network, optimisation and growth.
  • Own the development and execution of last mile delivery projects and roadmap.
  • Be responsible for achieving cost, efficiency and sustainability targets with the identified solutions.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including technical experts to identify solutions that enhance our operational capabilities.
  • Collaborating between operations and external partners to define and execute on core business needs.
  • Help define new and innovative solutions that are aligned delivering both the strategic direction and future operating model.

About you:


  • 4+ years experience supporting or working in a logistics, fulfillment, supplychain or similar fastpaced operational environment.
  • Experience in operational process design to optimize quality, capacity and cost.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have analytical skills and are able to make datadriven decisions.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, pragmatic decision making and able to learn and pivot quickly.
  • A team player who is approachable and enjoys building good working relationships with stakeholder teams.

Equal Opportunity
The salary range for this position is

46,800 - € 63,400 gross per month.
