Our strong and agile international team continues to grow and adapt to new challenges. Based in Grenoble (France), we are currently establishing our Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

In the coming years, we will focus on building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France).

With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually and creating 1200 direct jobs.

Our amazing Digital Team is searching for a new Champ'


As SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Expert, you will be responsible for the deployment of the production planning, manufacturing and maintenance modules in SAP S/4HANA Cloud using the latest technology from SAP.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the functional requirements analysis between the Business Process Owner's use cases and SAP integrator
  • Make sure that the manufacturing and maintenance processes are properly and efficiently integrated in the solution
  • Become a SAP S/4HANA Cloud super user and identify best practices with the ERP
  • Collaborate with digital project managers to secure the interfaces between SAP and other IT systems (PLM, MES, LIMS)
  • Lead the test and training plans for the manufacturing and maintenance community
  • Assess organization and change management requirements for the manufacturing and maintenance teams using SAP
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA Cloud Road Map and planned functional scope improvements

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or computer science
  • You are a midsenior with 3 to 5 years' experience in consulting on ERP deployment project or as an ERP super user in manufacturing
  • You have experience in a production environment and ideally already worked in a multicultural company
  • You have a good understanding of BOM and routing structures and of the product costing process
  • Very good understanding of manufacturing planning and control processes (capacity planning, MPS, MRP, production order management, quality in manufacturing) and maintenance processes (reactive and preventive) in an ERP
  • Familiar with IT systems usually interfaced with ERPs (PLM, MES)

  • You're able to look for the best solutions and functionalities to support the business
  • You're also able to work in a fastchanging environment and collaborate with multiple project teams
  • You have excellent English written and oral skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a plus
  • Familiar with data analytics (database queries, data visualization)
