Job Description:


As Intern, Brand Partnerships, Events, PR & Influence for the Premium, Midscale and Economy (PME) Marketing division, you will play an integral part in 360 coordination within this transversal team, ensuring strategy alignment with Brand teams and key stakeholders to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy for key brand moments and activations.

A dynamic role that will work alongside a team of experts to bring value to the brands through creative storytelling, innovation and exposure to new audiences.


You will be part of the Global Brand Partnerships, Events, PR & Influence team and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Brands & Segment, PR, and Social Media & Regional Hub teams to develop strategic plans that align directly with the brands' business goals.


What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and support the overall orchestration of the team to ensure alignment across the 4 disciplines, visibility on all key activities and close collaboration to maximize opportunities
  • Work in close proximity with each expertise lead to support on key strategic projects, partnership program launches and brand activations
  • Work cross functionally to conceptualize and brainstorm innovative and best in class brand activations, partner opportunities and PR/Influence strategies
  • Ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables, timelines and roles and responsibilities and track accountability on key team deliverables
  • Coordinate with all key Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility on key marketing priorities, initiatives and collect and translate information to support internal communication efforts
  • Daily interactions with strategic global partners and management of multiple agencies
  • Act as central point of contact for department providing guidance and direction to regional and local hotel teams
  • Overall organization of team governance & events
  • Create and deploy standard operating procedures documents to the field and manage updates involved to existing Toolkits/Reporting
  • Routinely provide input and best practices to marketing teams, other internal functional departments, brands and regions as it relates to partner activities, events and campaigns.

Qualifications:


  • Level of education minimum BAC +4 / +
  • Field of study
  • Marketing / Hospitality


  • Languages

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) & French
  • Highly selfdriven, detail oriented, resourceful and organized individual
  • Dedicated team player with a strong sense of work ownership and ethics
  • Agency experience considered an asset
