- Assurer le support applicatif de niveau 2 et 3, résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes.
- Utiliser des outils de surveillance tels que Datadog, Graffana, Kibana pour surveiller l'état des applications.
- Exploiter SQL pour interroger les bases de données et analyser les problèmes liés aux données.
- Fournir une assistance technique proactive pour prévenir les problèmes avant qu'ils ne surviennent.
- Maintenir une documentation précise sur la résolution des incidents techniques.
- Soutenir l'amélioration continue en proposant des améliorations aux processus existants.
- L'utilisation de Postman serait un plus dans ce rôle mais n'est pas obligatoire.
