Ta mission

Sous la supervision du Corporate and Controlling Team Lead, ta mission principale est de traiter les factures FRS et d'assurer un parfait niveau de service tant côté Scaleway que côté FRS.

D'autres missions ponctuelles peuvent s'y adjoindre comme le suivi statistique des impayés.

Expérience souhaitée:

Connaissance du PCG
Connaissance d'un ERP comptable, idéalement Sage X
Sage 1000
1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un service comptable / un cabinet comptable

Compétences appréciées:

Maitrise de la comptabilité fournisseurs
Maitrise des rapprochements bancaires
Maitrise avancée d'Excel (TCD)
Autonomie
Réactivité
Aisance dans la communication
Maitrise écrite et orale du français et de l'anglais indispensable

Responsabilités:

- saisir les factures FRS dans Sage,
- répondre aux demandes spécifiques des équipes SCW ou des FRS,
- assurer le bon suivi des courriers reçus,
- procéder aux contrôles des factures vs les PO avant mise en paiement,
- faire le suivi statistiques des impayés,
- réaliser des études ad hoc à la demande du management.
