OUR NEED - WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a
Performance Analyst to join our
Performance team.

You will play a pivotal role in resolving tickets from the Revenue team, conducting in-depth data investigations to set up successful campaigns, addressing issues effectively, and crafting compelling slide supports.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform regular audits of accounts, reviewing:
Setup (audience, inactivity window, control group, etc)
Performance goals & achievement vs goals
Data stream / organic behavior
Creative strategy (what is working vs not, proposing iterations)
Address requests submitted by the Revenue team in a timely and highquality manner
Knowledge management
Build and maintain documentation to enable the Revenue team successful onboarding of key topics
Provide trainings for the Revenue team on a regular basis, fostering Adikteev's expertise and added value
Propose growth plans based on data & analysis
Share new and innovative studies that will provide added value to Adikteev's customer base
Support on QBR decks presented to clients
Serve as Adikteev expert to customers: supporting sales in meetings with new clients & Ops in key meetings with existing clients
Review prelaunch analysis & set up for new clients, verifying all is aligned with best practices

KEY REQUIREMENTS

You completed your business or engineering studies, or you have a comparable education.
3+ years of relevant experience
You have excellent spoken and written command of English; French or German knowledge is a plus.
Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in the field of retargeting DSP/RTB technologies.
You have high digital and technical affinity and a very good command of MS PowerPoint & Excel.
You have an outstanding understanding of business matters and possess good analytical skills.
You are a great team player but can also work independently on your own project.
You work in a customeroriented fashion.
You have worked in the performance advertising universe and understand app advertisers' UA strategies and metrics
