Based on a multi-local strategy, Qair designs and implements solutions tailored to each territory, offering customized economic and financial structures to communities and industries.

For the entire group, the Renewable Energy Studies Officer's mission is to participate in internal wind and solar potential studies conducted by various entities within the group and supervise outsourced studies.

They use internal methods and models, ensuring the consistency and transversality of potential study methods for the entire group.

The Renewable Energy Studies Officer, in coordination with the head of the study office, defines the strategy and means to achieve objectives.

The position is based in Montpellier

Mission

The Renewable Energy Studies Officer manages or supervises the following tasks:

Support in the prospecting of wind and solar sites in coordination with the GIS department and developers.
Recommendations and organization of measurement campaigns.
Conduct solar and wind potential studies.
Participation in tenders, negotiation, selection, and supervision of service providers conducting solar and wind potential studies and/or other performance audits.
Research, propose, and implement solutions to improve the internal study validation processes.
Conduct technological monitoring and follow product developments.
Coordination, training, and animation of teams within the group working on similar topics in France and internationally.
Internal coordination and coordination with external consultants on wind potential and/or performancerelated issues within due diligence, investment files, acoustic campaigns, etc.

Profile

Education: Bac +3/5 (Technician in Physical Measurements, General Engineer, or Renewable Energy).
Mastery of standards and software commonly used for potential measurement and studies (QGIS, PVSYST, PVcase, Hélios 3D, Windographer, Openwind, MétéoDyn).
Comfortable with managing multiple projects.
Rigorous, methodical, and capable of creating adequate tools and processes.
Enjoys teamwork and has the ability to develop skills.
Professional English proficiency is essential; knowledge of another language is a plus.
