- Conceive, plan and conduct user and usability research.
- Propose impactful discovery and exploratory research that nurtures the understanding of the user and the customers' needs and expectations.
- Operationalize research insights into actionable recommendations and goals.
- Carry out pre development and post development user tests.
- Track the performance of the different products by uncovering with dedicated tools and analytics (session replays, heat maps,..) the possible pain points, navigability issues, misunderstandings, among others.
- Support UX/UI Designers on solution creations
