- Lead teams of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety and / or operational challenges by analysing a range of metrics and observations, and create, communicate and implement solutions
- Work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs
- Develop your own and your team's work plans, mobilising the team to deliver effectively
- Work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client
- Manage project delivery to ensure projects deliver the intended benefits.
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering / EHS / Business
- You have experience in management consulting with previous exposure to safety, operational risk management and / or operational excellence
- You demonstrate deep knowledge of the manufacturing sector
- You have demonstrated the ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level with large industrial clients
- You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives
- You are able to manage complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements
- You're a thought leader. Able to leverage your knowledge to identify themes, trends and challenges within the sector and then to guide clients and create talking points
- You speak fluent French and English but are comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of cultures and nationalities (additional European languages are a significant advantage)
