Maintenance Engineering Specialist


Purpose of the job:


The APSYS & AFMS Maintenance Engineering Specialist will manage, but will not be limited to, horizontal workstreams APSYS and AFMS (APSYS - Alstom Performance System, AFMS - Alstom Fleet Management System) for Rolling Stock maintenance projects, in the frame of Service Development organization.

He(she) will support implementation of APSYS & AFMS in Services Rolling Stock maintenance projects worldwide, representing EMC F2 function (Service engineering) to ensure one way of working across Services Engineering in ALSTOM.

Reports directly to :
SSMO LCC Platforms Manager


Location / Travels
High travel requirements worldwide, around 1/3 of the time.

Location:
preference is given to Saint-Ouen, optionally it may be in any European Alstom site.


Main tasks
Manage horizontal workstreams APSYS and AFMS for EMC F2 Function (Service Engineering) for Rolling Stock maintenance projects

APSYS Service Engineering roadmap improvement/adaptation on changing demands & environment

Best practice database development/update for APSYS and AFMS processes

Service Engineering Road Map roll out across SER depots (approx. 30 x per year), bring métier support to APSYS audits

Support Rolling Stock Services projects in mobilization phase for EMC F2 Function implementation

Knowledge exchange across all regions and local/geographical limits

Develop and/or keep updated standard set of process across SER ENG in line with local rules

Bring improvement culture across Services projects


Education
Master degree in either Engineering, or Industrial processes


Experience
Several years of experience in a services project or in an operational support for services projects

Expert in at least one domain (Maintenance Engineering, Industrial, Shop Floor)

Knowledge of Rolling Stock

Fluent in English, other languages (French, Spanish) are
