Plan A has set itself the ambitious goal to decarbonise a million businesses within the next few years, using science and technology.

We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables companies of the likes of BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé, and N26, to manage their net zero journeys successfully.

Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.


We're looking for an ambitious intern to support the Marketing department for 6 months with a possibility for a full-time position after the completion of the internship.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

Create and curate engaging and creative content for our social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.

Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and user engagement, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms using social media management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in social media marketing.
Assist in analysing and reporting on key social media metrics and performance indicators.


Requirements:

Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and sustainability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and trends.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, specifically Figma.
