We are looking for a Supply chain Logistics Assistant. You will operate on the French and North American market.


Tasks:
SUPPLY CHAIN/LOGISTICS

• Execute supply chain assistant functions to move products from suppliers to customer's warehouse.
• Handling and collect international shipping documentation to send Forwarders.
• Advising customers about delivery schedules
• Analyze items and check the quality of products before send to customers.
• Prepare reports concerning supply chain/logistics operations.
• Collaborate with logistic teams in France and USA to coordinate deliveries of products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stock management: Monitor stock levels and inventory within the warehouse
• Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with customers, suppliers, and supply chain staff.
• Research activities to identify new solutions for logístical challenges.
• Following the forwarders invoicing
• Handling logistic problems during or after deliveries.
• Perform logistic tender for the North America.

• English is our working language: Strong written and verbal communication skills is mandatory.
• Skill in logistic tools will be appreciated.
