Votre rôle et vos missions:
Role purpose:
To work as an HR Business Partner intern on various HR processes and projects on an international perimeter and provide support to the Global HRBP team
The intern will support HRBPs in most HR processes:
_Talent Acquisition _
Work with the HRBPs and the Talent acquisition team to manage the recruitment process for both internal and external hires, ensuring high quality and cost effective resourcing solutions.
_Performance Management/Development_
Work with the HRBPs and the Talent development team in managing the assessment and development of staff by ensuring that:
- the annual performance appraisal process is completed in a timely and fair manner (support managers in implementing the process/answering their questions, consolidation of the data, reminders sent to managers, contribution to the calibration meeting, etc)
- participate in meetings with employees and managers to ensure that the training needs of staff are assessed and appropriate development actions are proposed together with HRBP and Talent development teams.
_Compensation Review_
Contribute with the Senior HRBPs to the annual compensation review by:
- understanding the remuneration policy and guidelines
- preparing and running the compensation review
- identifying trends arising across your business area and feedback to the C&B team as appropriate
_Employment Relations_:
- Work on individual topics together with the Senior HRBPs gathering key local employment law insight working closely with the Employee Relations team.
- Support HRBPs in managing reorganisations and restructures, within allocated business areas in partnership with the Employee Relations team and the other HR teams where applicable.
Other
- Contribute to HR transversal projects (mobility, job description, exit interview, etc) and to process optimization on these global strategic topics;
- Prepare HR KPIs, quantitative and qualitative reportings/board presentations
- Help update the organizational chart on a regular basis
- Support internal auditing procedures if applicable
- Monitor external and internal AXA Group HR trends to feed the HRBP team and ensure Group consistency/competitive approach
Votre profil:
_ Qualifications :
_ Masters degree level qualification (or equivalent), ideally an HR qualification
_Experience :
_ Some exposure in HR, ideally within similar type of international organisations.
_Compétences :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (presentations, reporting)
- Client and solution/result oriented
- Potential to work both independently and as a team player
- Ability to work as part of a global team in an international environment
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise a range of tasks, often under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and anticipate issues/potential risks and to escalate them at the right time
- Proactivity and capacity to share convictions/recommendations
_Technical skills:
_
- Basic knowledge of Employment Legislation in the relevant jurisdictions
- Fluent in written and spoken English
