Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of payroll, labor and employment the European regulatory provisions
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
This role can be located in any Amazon corporate office across Europe: Berlin, Munich, Madrid, Paris, London, Milan, Luxembourg, Gdansk or Iasi*Your program management practices set a great example to others. A day in the life
Amazon's Transportation Risk & Compliance team identifies and mitigates risk in a rapidly growing and complex, global environment.

To support the business, our primary mission is to perform independent and objective, risk-based assessments of Amazon business partners' activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations, compliance, risk management and overall success of the program.

This role will work closely with Transportation businesses, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and HR teams to implement world-class customer-centric compliance & risk management tools and processes.
