Responsibilities:

Being responsible of production testing team and lab, you will lead production testing activity, including:

Manage a team of production testing engineers and technicians.
Oversee and assess new and existing processes and workflows.
Enable smooth production flow.
Develop and implementing preventative maintenance programs to maintain equipment usability and uptime.
Address any bottlenecks or issues within production.
Lead continuous improvement of quality and throughout with commitment to the highquality standards required for an automotive production environment.
Responsible for development of practices, routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality.
Drive process documentation and operating instructions.
Support the development of new processes.
Responsible for compliance with safety and quality standards and reporting to upper management about audit findings and proposals.
Responsible for lab and testing safety and hazard protection. Drive and implement new safety protocols as necessary.

Qualifications:

MS degree or equivalent, typically in Electrical Engineering.
Demonstrated experience working with test engineering hardware in product testing in laboratory and mass production environments.
5yr experience in people management.
Semiconductor background is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of measurement system analysis (MSA).
Experience of statistical process control (SPC) methodology is a plus.
Strong written and oral communications skills with a high degree of fluency in English and French.
