Requirements:


  • Provision of ICT Service Desk first line support to endusers
  • Provision of user workplace support services: management of desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals, intallation and configuration of software, and overall enduser support
  • Application support
  • Collaboration and provision of support to the daytoday operations of the ICT department
  • Provision of user support to other IT technologies F4E will setup during the execution of the contract
  • Deep knowledge in the following technical areas: Microsoft Windows technologies; Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers); Microsoft 365 Cloud services Configuration, administration and support of desktops, laptops, printers and other shared resources in a network environment; User administration, including aspects related to platform image creation, maintenance and updating, security and confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
  • Ability to focus on priorities and organize work as well as to deliver on time to agreed standards
  • Serviceoriented attitude
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with Fusion for Energy representatives.
