As a Master Data Analyst, you will be a key actor of the Purina Europe Data & Digital Ambition, by driving at Market and Factory level a comprehensive set of Product & Master Data operational activity from capture to obsolescence, working with the relevant business actors, Improving performance with continuous improvement in collaboration and support to the others members of the team.

The role also supports business projects or drive / support Product & Master Data projects with an evolutive scope and complexity.

Specific focus will be for France and Belgium, but some operational or project activities will be at Europe Level.


A day in the life of "Master Data Analyst"

Operational activities:


  • Immediately from job start, Lead Operational process, such as : SAP Material Creation, Extension, release for NPPE Products and Components (typically FERT, UNBW by default with ROH, ZPCK by special request only, either directly or with the support of other functions and using the automation tools each time possible
  • Drive Performance of the E2E setup, including other team's deliverables.
  • Immediately from Job Start, lead product information flow for CPW products for SAP information for France.
  • New activities to come shortly:
  • Integrate Innovation & Renovation Project team as Data owner
  • Control & drive data readiness & quality vs project for Sustainability, SAP, Digital Shelves within these projects
  • Support others:
  • For SAP Material Obsolescence for same Product and Components
  • SAP BOM Management
  • Manage operation of a subset of the activities (defined with Line Manager), meet or exceed agreed KPIs / PPI for these, Support Data Users, in Collaboration and support with the Master Data Engineer in charge of the activity at EU level, To communicate and interact with all relevant department stakeholder of these activities, To solve issue on technical or business topics driving task force to resolve, To provide support to Data Users.
  • Continuously look for and propose improvements to ways of working and processes, may include development of tools or system improvements, working with IT & Global teams.
  • Develop an indepth understanding of all activities for the market, via xtraining and rotating operation of these, acquire knowledge on complex WoW, Systems and other teams technical or business who support

Projects Activities:


  • To represent Product & Master Data team in Business or Data Project for assigned scope (up to EU level, ex new DC or new Flow from another region, change to SAP), To Drive project within the Product & Master Data team or with the Operational Eco-System, including Factories.
  • Follow standard Project Methodology and report on progress issues to Sponsors / Stakeholders, seek support from Management or Sponsor in time and appropriately.
