Pigment is looking for its first Head of FP&A.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be the backbone of the Finance team and will contribute to shape the future of planning at Pigment, using Pigment.

You will be critical in scaling the planning processes, leading the Financial Planning and Analysis function. You will help support our fast global expansion, our performance reporting, and our Executive strategic decision making processes.

You will manage a team of 4 and work closely with other Finance teams, as a key business partner to our business teams and to the accounting team.


What you will do:


  • Lead and coordinate the budget and the reforecast process for Pigment FR, UK, US and CAD (planning, data preparation, consolidation and communication to business teams and to the Leadership Team)
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership;
  • Generate P&L insights for management, both topline and expense related; expand upon areas of opportunity with followup analyses and recommendations
  • Implement processes and models to ensure continuous planning at Pigment
  • Maintain the analytical accounting structure and ensure proper evolution when needed
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reporting, to be shared with the Leadership Team and the Shareholders
  • Prepare gap analysis vs. budget / reforecasts, and recommendation to the LT
  • Continuously improve the reporting process (e.g. fast close, automation, additional analyses on actuals vs forecast)
  • Monitor Pigment's financial controlling performance through different angles (e.g. geographies, segments, cost centers etc.)
  • Contribute to Board presentations and other ad hoc supports to LT or Shareholders
  • Lead, grow and develop a talented FP&A team

Who you are:


  • You have at least 57 years of experience in Corporate Finance, of which meaningful experience in Controlling/FP&A and in management roles
  • You have an Audit or Transaction Services background
  • You are at ease in a fastpaced environment
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are a reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • You are a handson and able to deepdive into accounting, tax & reporting issues
  • You have strong and proven people management skills
