About the job
The general secretary department is looking for a Public Affairs Manager M/F. The position is based in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann.

You will ensure the strategic organization and coordination of public affairs priorities to serve Danone's business agenda and reputation.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Ensure strategic organization and prioritization of public affairs agenda incl. development of annual PA strategy, policy environment assessment, identification of emerging topics etc.
  • Managing Danone's Societe a Mission engagements to ensure delivery against targets, KPI tracking, regular and transparent communications through annual report and workshops
  • Animation of global public affairs network incl. regular liaison with CBUs to understand advocacy priorities on the ground, development and animation of the monthly call, cascading of advocacy plans and materials, workplace group etc.
  • Animation of global public affairs team including monthly team meeting
  • Working with HR and GS teams to develop PA capabilities in global function and network, including delivery of PA Academy and CA Academyw
  • Liaison with other GS teams to ensure alignement and integration of PA topics in GS materials
About you
Graduated from a Master's degree, you have at least 5 years of experience on policy or strategy topics.


You have soft skills such as ability to develop strategic frameworks and dirve policy priorities through complex organizations, interest and ability to quickly understand complex issues and strong drive to "get things done".

You speak English perfectly and French is a plus.
