Business/Financial Analyst


Introduction:


Main Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and detailed documentation.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisionmaking and drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify and assess business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support the development of strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of efficient business processes, workflows, and systems that enhance overall productivity and performance.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, including the identification of project risks and the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of business data and reporting.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and business intelligence software is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis tools and databases.

Tools Required for Success:


  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce for CRM and data integration.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite for collaboration and productivity.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) for creating dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence software to interpret and present data insights effectively.
