As the VP of Design, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and setting new standards in timeless design within the restaurant industry.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and construction, to ensure that our restaurants achieve the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Your expertise will be vital in creating unique and memorable dining spaces that embody the spirit of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Setting a clear design vision that reflects the company's commitment to quality and longevity. This vision serves as a guiding principle for all design decisions made within the organization.
Develop and implement design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency and quality across all design elements
Lead and inspire a team of designers, architects, and contractors to execute design projects across our locations in NYC, Chicago, Las Vegas, Paris, and Miami that fosters a culture of innovation, creativity and collaboration while maintaining a focus on quality and longevity of the end product
Collaborate with operations and construction teams to ensure that design concepts meet operational needs while maintaining highquality standards.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to project completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Stay uptodate with design trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and improve our design
Build and maintain relationships with external design partners, vendors, and suppliers to leverage their expertise and ensure access to highquality materials and resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a design leader, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
A deep understanding of timeless design principles and the ability to incorporate authentic materials into restaurant spaces.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and innovation across different platforms and mediums.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
