This is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment under such a key role that will directly impact business agility and success


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into strategybased technical solutions recommendations.
  • 2nd Level administration and support of SFDC platform and connected API.

Including, but not limited to :

troubleshooting escalated cases, managing and setting up users, object customization, fields, record types, page layouts, validations rules, Permissions and Security.


  • Understand Master Data Management criticality and Manage massupdates when necessary.
  • Help manage a queue of pending projects and requested enhancements.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS or similar.
  • Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ/Billing a definite strong plus.
  • CI/CD and Git understanding a plus.
  • Fluent English is a must; other languages can be an advantage (French, Spanish)
  • Business urgency and Business no collateral minded.
  • Sense of ownership, Resultdriven.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Problemsolving & Prioritization skills
  • Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
