We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Finance Manager for Operations to join our great Finance team at Oetker Collection Head Office.

The Senior Finance Manager for Reporting will report directly to our Head of Finance and Procurement.


The Key Tasks will be:

  • Support Head of Finance in daily operation and management of hotel finance.
  • Managing all individual and consolidated reportings of hotels incl. analysis of hotels monthend report, forecasts and budgets.
  • Challenge hotels on their results, implement performance dashboard, analysis tools and monthly communcation tools.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency of existing BI-Tool.
  • Ensure full digitalization of reporting processes.

Competencies and Profile:

  • First experience as an Assistant Head of Finance position in a luxury hotel brand.
  • Strong operational finance background and experience.
  • Passion to data and analytical skill set.
  • Strong IT skills ideally paired with software engineering skills
  • Enterpreneurial and innovative mindset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary: 4,000.00€ - 5,000.00€ per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Antibes (06): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
