The Supply Chain Performance department, is accountable for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes.

The department drives Supply Chain transformation through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the objective of improving customer satisfaction and processes efficiency.

The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.


We are actively looking for our Demand & Planning Business Process Owner to support, improve & transform with his/her team the following processes: forecasting & demand management, distribution requirements planning, inventory management, stock deployment, S&OP.


Missions:


As Business Process Owner for Demand & Planning processes, you are responsible for the transformation and the optimization & robustness of these Supply Chain processes.


Your key missions will be to:

  • Define with key stakeholders the evolution strategy and plans to improve Demand & Planning endtoend processes. Promote the vision and ensure it is well understood and visible by the whole organization, in consistency with the plans of your BPO colleagues and Business partners.
  • Ensure alignment of priorities, plannings & resource allocation to meet the plans and targets agreed, in terms of quality, value, timing and budget, working closely with relevant leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead specific studies and/or projects when needed.
  • Ensure collaborative networks are active, efficient and properly empowered to share best practices, address issues met and handle continuous improvement on Demand & Planning processes & solutions.
  • Ensure the KPIs required to track the performance of the Demand & Planning processes are defined, shared and used by the Business actors.
  • Acquire & maintain a strong understanding of the end to end processes of your scope to better serve and support the Business.
  • Establish trusted relationships with Demand & Planning senior management at global and local levels, with Information System teams and other departments interacting with your processes.


To accomplish your mission, you lead a team composed as of today of 1 project manager and 2 process experts, to meet both transformation and continuous improvement ambitions.

Profile:


  • Master Degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Supply Chain.
  • You have demonstrated experience in transformation projects and change management contexts as leader or active contributor.
  • You have a solid functional experience on Supply Chain domains of Demand Management, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning and/or S&OP.
  • You have solid communication skills necessary to harmonize processes, manage the change, reach consensus and propose innovative solutions.
  • You have strong capacity of analysis and sense of support.
  • English fluent.
