Web and Data Application Manager - Clermont-Ferrand, France - Euromaster

Your mission
We are looking for a Web and Data Application Manager within the Euromaster Group headquarters located in Clermont-Ferrand (France). This permanent position (CDI) is to be filled as soon as possible.

You will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of third party applications in the Digital domain. Within the Digital team, you will need to have a technical background (CSS, SQL, Script,...), good interpersonal skills.

Your activities in more details will include :
- Develop CRO strategies based on data analysis.
- Be customer focus & manages a continuous Improvement approach
- Ease business decision making through dashboarding and reporting.
- Animate a community of 16 countries around Digital ecosystem
- Improve SEA and SEO performance on retail ecommerce platforms.
- Assist business in data analysis transition in a GDPR constraint context.
- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Keep up to date on the UX/UI web/mobile and data trends.

Your profile
With a Master degree in digital, IT or management you have more than 6 years of experience in IT solutions (Build, Run, Support....) .

You are an expert in Conversion Rate Optimisation, and demonstrate strong skills in application/product deployment, you also have a good support/connection to your direct environment (business team, keys users, providers..). You are recognized for your ability to solve problems and generate creative solutions in a complex environment. You act easily as a team member and leader within an international matrixed organization. Your ability to influence and impact, as well as your excellent communication, are essential assets for your success. You are fluent in French and with a very good level in English.
