- You are enrolled in a University, BUT or BTS
- You have a management support / assistant manager / DUT Gestion des entreprises et des administrations orientation
- You have a good command of Pack Office 365, especially Excel
- You have good oral and written communication skills
- You are a team player and respect instructions.
- You are fluent in English
- Process invoices/orders in SAP
- Manage marketing department suppliers
- Manage the team's budget in Excel, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage and track requests for goodies, and items (not sold) made available to Lubmarine offices: logistical tracking, but also selection of new items, suppliers, dashboards, etc.
- Contribute to the management of marketing events
- Participate in the development of print and digital marketing content and materials.
- Manage travel and make reservations / Treck tool (meetings, hotels, travel, etc. ...)
- Manage / order office supplies
- Organize seminars and meetings
- Manage expense accounts.
