Job Description:


  • Support the Financial Controller with the month end close cycle
  • Prepare month end results, variance analysis and commentary
  • Investigate and analyse transactions
  • Prepare monthly French tax, reconciliation and payments : VAT, DES, CET, CVAE
  • Assist in reconciling local GAAP reporting to Group reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual statutory legal entity filing
  • Assist with managing external and internal auditor's requirements
  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Work in collaboration with the FP&A function on understanding the business and driving business initiatives
  • Prepare weekly cashflow analysis and forecast
  • Continuously review and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Help and assist with the implementation of Netsuite
  • Communicate with the other teams of the company

Qualifications:


  • Base knowledge of French reporting requirements
  • Able to assist in the preparation of corporate tax
  • Able to review/prepare local VAT
  • Understanding of payroll taxes and returns
  • Process improvement and system development
