What's the role?:


As part of the Channel scrum team within the global Program "Experience" you will closely work together with Channel leaders, Global IT, other scrum teams and regional Process Experts.

You will take the lead to drive projects and implement new processes and systems and share best practices in the Customer Service.

What does the role involve?:


With the Experience Program we are changing the way how Hilti will interact with our customers in the future and ensure a superior customer experience with each touchpoint.

This is reflected in the new roles where service and care activity provided to the customer is key as well as efficient transaction handling.


To further drive projects and initiatives in this context on the Customer Service side, you will become a Solution Manager within the Customer Care scrum team, where we improve customer care processes and develop new solutions to achieve our ambition.


The projects in which you will be involved as lead or contributor are managed in an agile way of working.

This includes defining the concept, working on solution designs, creating user stories, system testing and finally deploying.

All of this happens in close cooperation with our colleagues from the customer service community, Global IT, Finance, Repair, other scrum teams and regional process experts.


To assure that newly created or enhanced processes and system features are properly used after the roll-out you will also be responsible to develop change management concept, drive change management activities and roll out the solution to all affected markets.

What you need is:


  • Master's degree in engineering or business administration
  • Between 7 and 8 years of experience
  • 24 years of professional experience in Sales including Channels good to have
  • Good understanding of Channel (CS & Retail) related processes
  • Good understanding on cooperation with channel related interfaces (e.g. DSF, Finance, Logistics)
  • Basic understanding on the agile way of working
  • High affinity to conceptual and process related work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team orientation, openminded personality
  • Highly organized
  • Strong analytical & problemsolving skills
  • Fluent in English
